Fundraising & marketing for conservation

We help wildlife conservancies find donors, and eco-lodges find guests.

Corridor Partners is a founder-led agency for the conservation sector. Every tactic we use is tested inside a working wildlife sanctuary before it reaches your donors or your guests.

  • 15+ Meetings booked with qualified donors for Ziwa, the rhino sanctuary where I work
  • 2 Grant proposals submitted for Ziwa
  • 6 figures Revenue built at my previous marketing agency

No client case studies yet: these results come from my own fieldwork. See the founding offer

Services

Two kinds of client. One standard of work.

We work with the two businesses that keep wild places funded: the conservancies protecting them, and the lodges that bring people to see them.

For wildlife conservancies

Donor development

Qualified donor meetings on your leadership's calendar, and lapsed supporters in your database giving again.

New donor outreach

  • Prospect research across foundations, family offices, high-net-worth individuals and corporate giving programmes that fit your landscape and species
  • Cold and warm email campaigns written in your voice, based on real updates from the field
  • Follow-up and reply handling until a meeting is booked
  • A short brief before each meeting, so you know who you're talking to

Donor base reactivation

  • An audit of your existing database, segmented by who's most likely to give again
  • Reactivation sequences built around specific field moments, not generic appeals
  • Upgrade paths for engaged supporters who are ready to give more

  4. 4

    Launch & report

Plain-language reports on what's working, what isn't, and what we're changing next.

Approach

Field-tested, not desk-built.

Most agencies design campaigns from a desk, a long way from the work they're promoting. Our founder works inside a wildlife conservation sanctuary in a marketing and fundraising role. That fieldwork and our client work run as one feedback loop: what we learn in one place is tested in the other.

  • Tested before it's sold

If a tactic hasn't held up in the field, it doesn't go into your campaign.

  • Specific beats generic

Donors and guests respond to real detail: a collared animal, a restored fence line, a ranger's night shift. We write from the ground up.

  • We measure what matters

Meetings booked and rooms filled, not opens and impressions.

Sebastian Anand, founder of Corridor Partners

Founder

Built by someone who's still in the field.

I started Corridor Partners after seeing the same gap from inside conservation. The work on the ground is extraordinary and measurable, but the marketing and fundraising behind it rarely keep pace. Small teams juggle operations, reporting and fundraising at once. Donor lists go quiet. Lodges lean on booking platforms that take a cut of every stay.

Before this, I built a marketing agency to six figures in revenue. That taught me how to build a pipeline, write outreach people actually answer, and run a client business properly. Today I work in marketing and fundraising at Ziwa, a rhino sanctuary, where I've booked more than 15 meetings with qualified donors and submitted two grant proposals. I deal with the same problems my clients do, every week.

Corridor Partners exists to bring proper agency discipline to conservation, from someone who knows what it takes to keep a wild place protected.

Founding client offer

Be one of our first clients.

We're new, and we'd rather say so than invent a track record. The results so far come from my fieldwork at Ziwa, not from clients. Our first conservancy and eco-lodge clients get terms that reflect the chance they're taking on us.

Apply for a founding place

Limited places, open to conservancies and eco-lodges.

  • Discounted founding rate

A reduced fee for the same scope of work later clients will pay full price for.

  • Direct founder access

No account managers and no handoffs. You work with the founder from the first call to the final report.

  • Case study partnership

We document the results together. With your approval, they become our first case study, and evidence you can share with your own board and funders.
