How we handle your information
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This notice explains what personal information Corridor Partners ("we", "us") collects, why, and what you can do about it. If you have any questions, email seb@corridor-partners.com.
Who we are
Corridor Partners is a marketing and AI agency for eco-lodges and wildlife conservancies, run by Sebastian Anand. We are responsible for the personal information described here.
What we collect and why
When you contact us
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation, the service you're interested in and your message. We use this only to reply to you and discuss working together. Messages are delivered to us through Formspree, a form service.
When you request a free guide
If you sign up for a guide, we collect your first name, email address and which guide you chose. We use this to send you the guide and occasional emails about marketing and AI for conservation and eco-tourism, using MailerLite to manage the list. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us and we'll remove you.
When you book a call
Calls are booked through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects the details you enter (such as your name and email) and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting. Calendly may set cookies when its booking window is open.
If we've emailed you
We contact people at conservation organisations and eco-lodges whose work fits our services. We use professional contact details that are publicly available, such as those on an organisation's website, and only to introduce relevant services. If you'd rather not hear from us, reply to any email or contact us and we'll stop, and won't contact you again.
When you visit the website
The site doesn't use advertising cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver the site securely. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you personally.
Analytics and marketing cookies (only with your consent)
If you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, we also use two tools that set cookies. Google Analytics measures how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and how you arrived. The Meta Pixel (from Meta, which runs Facebook and Instagram) tells us whether our ads lead to enquiries, guide sign-ups or booked calls, and lets us show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited the site. If you decline, neither tool is loaded. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page.
Our lawful bases
- Replying to enquiries and booking calls: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Mailing list and guides: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
- Business outreach: our legitimate interest in introducing relevant services to organisations, balanced against your right to opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We only share it with the services that help us run the business: Formspree (contact form), Calendly (call bookings), Vercel (website hosting), Google and Meta (analytics and advertising, only with your consent), our email provider, and MailerLite (mailing list). Some of these are based outside the UK and EU, including in the United States; where that happens they use recognised safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and outreach correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it, and generally no longer than two years after our last contact unless we're working together. Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep a minimal note of that so we can respect it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to transfer it to you. Email seb@corridor-partners.com and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to your data protection authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
We'll update this notice if how we handle personal information changes, and show the date at the top.
